All orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges are based on total weight and calculated upon receipt of your order.

If you must know the exact shipping amount, allow a few moments for your customer rep to give you the total, as he or she has to calculate the weights, items and type of service requested, in order to give you the exact charges.

Players Choice offers excellent rates on UPS 3-Day Select Sevice so that the entire U.S.is no more than 3 days away.

Discrepancies.

If Shipping is received short or damaged from the carrier, we must file a claim with the carrier on your behalf, or credit cannot be given. Players Choice must be notified within 5 business days.

DO NOT discard the original shipping carton, as carrier may want to inspect it.
