Payment Term.

Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted. On approved accouts, our credit terms are net 30 days, with an automatic credit hold after 30 days. Terms begin on date merchandise is shipped. A 1.5% monthly finance charge will be assessed on all past due invoices. All C.O.D. orders will be charged $7.75 extra per box.

Return Policy.

Before returning any merchandise, a return authorization number must be obtained from customer service. Merchandise must be returned within 20 days of authorization date and defective items must be clearly marked as to the nature of the defect. Non-defective merchandise which is returned is subject to a 15% (fifteen percent) restock charge, with a minimum charge of $10.00. Defective merchandise will be accepted for repair or replacement only, and we reserve the right to determine whether or not the merchandise is to be repaired or replaced. Merchandise will not be replaced if customer abuse is evident.

Customer is responsible for freight charges on all returned items, unless a shipping error was the cause of the return.
